Start by taking a picture of the label. The wine will be instantly recognized with basic info. Fill out all the fields recommended by WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) to have a full spectrum of your wine characteristics. The color, grape and appellation fields will help you categorize the wine along with the specific areas dedicated to visual, smell and taste analysis.
